About Parent University

Parent University:
Educating, Empowering, and Engaging Families for Student Success

Parents and family members can earn their ‘degrees’ in family engagement by attending courses at Wicomico County Public Schools' Parent University.  This series of monthly events helps provide guidance and support for families on topics such as reading and math fluency, homework help, and understanding the teenage brain.

Classes are being held at the Wicomico Public Libraries, Downtown Branch, Room 1.  Childcare (ages 3 – 5) and homework assistance (grades 1 – 8) are provided.
