Wicomico Celebrates Its Eight Bayside Scholar Athletes, Graduating This Weekend

Among the 838 seniors who will graduate this weekend from Wicomico County Public Schools are eight outstanding students who were named Bayside Scholar Athletes earlier this spring. Congratulations to these student athletes on their great success in competition and in the classroom. Wicomico wishes them well as they move on to college.

Parkside High:

Jessica Willey, field hockey and Unified strength and conditioning. She will attend Washington College.

Luke Pitsenbarger, football, Unified strength and conditioning, and baseball. He will attend the University of Maryland College Park.


Wicomico High:

Kristin Ware, lacrosse and Unified tennis. She will attend Salisbury University.

Evan Bier, soccer, baseball, and Unified strength and conditioning. He will attend Southern Wesleyan University in South Carolina.


James M. Bennett High:

Breanne Hall, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and track & field. She will attend Old Dominion University.

Charles Kerrigan, soccer and baseball. He will attend the University of Virginia.


Mardela High:

Bria Johnson, cross country, indoor track, outdoor track. She will attend Towson University.

Chase Bowden, soccer and wrestling all four years, two years of baseball, and one year of outdoor track. He will attend McDaniel College.
